Registered members of the Southwest Home Equity Assurance Program will be able to apply for the rebate program in 2027.
Registered members of the Southwest Home Equity Assurance Program will be able to apply for a rebate in 2027. We will share the date as the information becomes available. In the meantime, we encourage all eligible applicants to get registered now.
Eligible applicants must be homeowners in the Southwest Home Equity Assurance district. Eligible applicants will see "SW HOME EQUITY ASSURANCE CHICAGO" on their property tax bill.
You may register for the program by confirming your address to see if you're eligible. Then applicants will be directed to complete a registration form and submit a current appraisal, if they have one or submit payment, if an appraisal is needed.
